Yellow Zone offers residential cleaning and commercial cleaning services. In residential cleaning, we cater Apartment and Villa cleaning, Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Balcony and washroom cleaning. We also provide standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in – move out services and much more.

It is totally up to you. Most clients prefer to have the cleaning done when not at home. However, we recommend that you stay at home on the first visit so that you may show the housekeeper around your home. And give him / her precise instructions, if any, on how you want your home cleaned.

We are available 7 days a week. We accept cleaning sessions as early as 7:30 AM, and the cleaning session ends at 8:00 PM.
The duration of the service varies under certain conditions. For example, a 2-bedroom flat would take around 3 - 4 hours to get it deep cleaned. The time depends on the size and condition of your home.
A standard clean is used to keep a decent degree of tidiness around the home. It incorporates vacuuming the living regions, wiping the floors, cleaning the washroom and kitchen. On the contrary, deep cleaning would reach the deeper dirt in your home. It incorporates cleaning behind kitchen appliances, complete tidying of every nook and corner of rooms, cleaning cabins etc.
A housecleaning service may be booked daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. You can also avail cleaning service for short span like per hour maid service. The frequency you choose is entirely dependent on your needs and preferences for your house and family.
We highly encourage rebooking or postponing the cleaning session instead of immediate cancellation. However, if cancellation is required, we demand at least 24 hours in advance. Contact our reservation team through Call, Sms or WhatsApp.
Once you contact and provide us with details of the service required, one of our team supervisors will call you and confirm your appointment.
We can't guarantee same-day reservation as deep cleaning usually takes more cleaners and requires special cleaning tools and materials. Therefore, it is advisable to book few days in advance to guarantee a slot. However, with Yellow Zone, we already catered many last-minute deep cleanings, especially for urgent or emergency requests.
Yes, you can have the same maid for all your bookings. However, you might need to buy a monthly package or call customer service for your personalized booking.
Yes definitely. Our housemaid will show up with complete cleaning tools and solutions required to complete the cleaning session. All you need to do is pay an additional AED 5 per hour per housekeeper.
Yes, you certainly can. 90% of our customers get a weekly cleaning with the same worker. If you have a recurrent appointment, we can provide you with the same cleaner.
First of all, our talented housemaids will treat your belongings with the utmost care. However, in the improbable event that something is damaged or broken, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team.
Yes definitely. You can book as many cleaners, or housemaids you want depends on our availability. It is actually advisable to book more than 2 cleaners, especially for a massive area and if you are running out of time.
We ensure that all our cleaners/maids pass through a strict background check. We also cross-check with the previous employers to get complete references before onboarding with us. So we assure you that your home and your family is always in safe hands with us.
In the UAE region, where dust is always unavoidable, we highly suggest a cleaning session every 2 days. However, of course, the preference is always yours to decide. We are flexible anytime and any day.
We have 2 different rates as charges per hour.
• 40 AED per hour per housekeeper without cleaning materials.
• 45 AED per hour per housekeeper inclusive of cleaning materials.
Our rates are based on the quality of the housekeeper we provide. The legalities we have to ensure and make the whole cleaning experience smooth and worthwhile.
On request, the maids can do laundry and ironing as well as providing cleaning services. However, these are optional extras that can be avail by additional charges.
Yes, they are fully vaccinated and received the boosted vaccine too.
No, not at all. We deal with all that for you. Our staff is fully insured, 100% vaccinated, awarded with health and safety training certifications. They follow strict guidelines for health and safety. Our working practices are designed to comply with all applicable health & safety regulations.
Our reputation depends on our exceptional standards, which we take very seriously. You can always rate our cleaning services or maid itself. There is mostly a post-cleaning report and quality control survey in which you can provide your feedback, suggestion or complaint, if any.

In addition, you can suggest, complain and send your comments directly on our WhatsApp or our social media profiles.

Our cleaners are fully trained, vetted and disciplined to provide high-quality service. You can leave them at the property to carry out their job as long as you are there at the beginning of the service to let them in and towards the end to inspect their work. However, suppose you do not feel confident in leaving them at the property unsupervised. In that case, you are more than welcome to be there the whole time.
You can pay in a variety of ways, including cash or cheque or electronic transfer. Or you can pay the cleaner at the end of the service. For monthly or quarterly bookings, you can also direct deposit in the bank and share receipt, or you can come in person to the office.
